Refunds & small print
Short version: it’s a digital file, so if it won’t open we refund you.
Refunds
Digital file. If you can’t open it, email within 14 days and we’ll refund. Otherwise no refund after download.
Refund requests: email belfastdeskkit@gmail.com with the email address you paid with and the name of the file. Stripe sends the money back to the card you used.

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe. We don’t see or store card numbers. Stripe emails your receipt.
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are one-off. There are no subscriptions.
Using the files
Buy a file once and use it as often as you like in your own business. Please don’t resell it or pass it around as your own product.
