Privacy
We collect as little as we can. Here’s all of it.
This website
- No cookies.
- No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tags.
- No account or sign-up. The free Monday sheet downloads without an email address.
- Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use them to build profiles.
If we ever add cookies or analytics, this page will say so first.
When you buy something
Checkout is run by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details, name and email address to take the payment and send your receipt. We don’t see or store card numbers. We can see your name, email address and what you bought, so we can sort out a refund if a file won’t open. Stripe’s own privacy policy covers what it does with your data: stripe.com/gb/privacy.
If you email us at belfastdeskkit@gmail.com, we keep the email so we can reply and deal with any refund. We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Lists
We don’t sell, rent or swap anyone’s details. Ever.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: email belfastdeskkit@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
